Our crews completed this stunning exterior renovation for these homeowners at this home in the beautiful Cliffs neighborhood of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The project comprised vinyl siding, newly built porticos, metal roofing, bay windows, and garage doors.
Project Overview
This job quickly turned into a stunning exterior transformation. These homeowners originally called us for a siding estimate on their home in the Cliffs Neighborhood of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. When our salesman met with the homeowners, they expressed interest in having a few other things done. In addition to the vinyl siding, they were interested in getting a price for three porticos, a bay window, metal roofing, and two barn-style garage doors. After careful and thoughtful planning, they decided to move forward. The first task on the agenda was building the three porticos. The first portico was over the front entry door. The second portico was over the back entry door, and the third was over the two garage doors. Each entryway portico featured one recessed light, and the one over the garage doors featured seven.
Next, our window crew installed an Alside bay window and framed in a new construction Silverline 8600 window above the two garage doors. Once the framing was complete, our roofing crew moved forward, installing black, standing seam metal roofing on all the newly built porticos and the bay window. After finishing the installation of the roofs, our siding crew began stripping the old wood clapboards and prepping the exterior for new vinyl siding. These homeowners choose to go with CertainTeed’s D4 Mainstreet Pacific Blue vinyl siding and CertainTeed’s D7 Flagstone Cedar Impressions. Lastly, we wrapped up this job installing T2 soffit, black shutters, and aluminum coverage on all fascia, rakes, and trim.
