COVID-19 Procedure & Updates
To our valued customers past, present, and future, we would like to share how Reliable Roofing, Siding, & Windows is moving forward to ensure that our customers and employees stay safe during these unique times. Here are some changes to our process:
OFFICE/SHOWROOM-
- Open by Appointment Only.
- Must wear Face Mask.
- Small-item pick-ups are available for Curbside Pick-Up — Call Ahead!
In addition to the above policies, we are disinfecting frequently touched areas and monitoring employees for any signs or symptoms.
ESTIMATES/JOBS-
- All outside work is scheduled as plan.
- All inside work is completed on a case by case basis with homeowner’s approval.
- E-Sign Contracts
