Deck Resurfacing, Vinyl Siding, and Window Installation
In North Attleboro, Massachusetts, our crews installed new Monogram vinyl siding, Harvey replacement windows, and resurfaced a deck on this project. In addition to the siding installation, replacement windows, and deck resurfacing, we also installed a new gutter and gutter guard.
Project Overview
Siding Installation
The first task on this project was the siding installation. After meeting with these homeowners and going over different siding options, they expressed interest in Certainteed’s product line. Furthermore, they were also looking for a siding alternative that was a maintenance-free solution to the wood siding. Specifically, these homeowners chose Pacific Blue Monogram D4 vinyl siding. Before installing the new vinyl siding, our crews began the removal of the old wood clapboard. Then, our installers inspected the sheathing and surrounding walls for any hidden damage or rot. Lastly, they began installing the new vinyl siding, shutters, and gutters.
Replacement Windows
Then, our window installers moved forward with installing two replacement windows. Those two windows were a bay window and a garden window. After reviewing various replacement window options, these homeowners installed Harvey windows. Lastly, after installing the Majesty bay window and classic garden window, our crew began building a new roof over the bay window and installing interior trim on both replacement units.
Deck Resurfacing
The last task for this exterior renovation project was resurfacing the deck. After reviewing various decking manufacturers, these homeowners decided to go with Timbertech Azek Harvest Collection. Next, our installers removed the old decking boards from the existing deck, including railings and posts. Then, once the demo portion was complete, our installers began installing new composite decking boards. In addition to the decking boards, we also installed new RDI railings and PVC along the edges and stringers of the deck framing.
