New Home Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Doors
This home may be small, but the project was big! This massive transformation with new roofing, siding, windows, and doors was one for the books. In addition, we also installed a new roof over the existing deck in the driveway and four storm doors.
Project Overview
Roofing Replacement
The first thing on the agenda for these homeowners was replacing their roofing. The roofing system was showing severe signs of deterioration and also began leaking. Also, these homeowners were looking to have a roof built over their existing deck. After going over various roofing options, they decided to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles. In addition, we also installed CertainTeed’s Integrity Roofing System. The Integrity Roofing System adds an extended warranty for added peace of mind by offering homeowners a SureStart Plus protection plan that provides complete coverage for up to 50-years.
Replacement Windows
The next project on the agenda was the installation of new vinyl replacement windows. For this portion of the project, the homeowners looked for the best replacement windows that would stay within a reasonable budget and offered a reliable warranty. After going over different window manufacturers, these homeowners installed black Paradigm 8300 Series vinyl windows.
Paradigm is one of the best replacement window brands on the market today, next to Mathew Brother’s and Harvey’s replacement windows. Paradigm offers a cost-effective solution to some of the more prominent name brands on the market while still providing homeowners with comparable quality, aesthetically pleasing windows. Specifically, Paradigm provides homeowners a 20-year limited lifetime warranty on all their windows and patio doors.
Entry Doors
Additionally, these homeowners were also interested in new residential entry doors. After measuring each exterior door, these homeowners had their sights set on Therma-Tru’s Fiber-Classic Mahogany doors. Specifically, they chose two full-lite doors and one half-lite door, all factory-painted driftwood on the exterior and Dove white on the interior.
In addition to the entry doors, our crews installed four storm doors. Two were self-storing, white Larson storm doors installed on the front and backside entryways. The other door was a full-view, black Larson storm door that we installed on the front entry door, and lastly, a custom-made storm door by Stergis installed at a basement egress.

Vinyl Siding
Lastly, with the roof over the existing deck complete, in addition to the main house roof, windows and doors, it was finally time to wrap up this exterior renovation with new vinyl siding! After the homeowners browsed through a few different vinyl siding options, they decided to install CertainTeed Mainstreet Autumn Yellow D4 siding. First, before our crew began the vinyl siding installation, we stripped both the old vinyl and wood shingles down to the sheathing and inspected the exterior for rot. Once our team finished replacing the rot, we installed all new PVC around the fascia, rakes, and trim. Lastly, we began installing new Autumn yellow D4 vinyl siding after installing the trim, bringing the roofing, siding, windows, and doors together to complete this significant transformation!
